We are a family-owned and operated business. We started in 2017 with the idea of myself and my kids coming up with a food business that we’d like to open and use. They didn’t know that I always wanted to be a Chef and attend Culinary School but just never had the time and money to do it until now. I am a graduate of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and well on my way to becoming a Pastry Chef to sharpen my baking skills.
My cooking journey started as a little girl being in the kitchen with my mom as she prepared old fashioned recipes from scratch. These are the traditional recipes and flavors, made with buttermilk and real butter, we’ve all enjoyed as kids may be prepared by your Grandmother, your Mom or a favorite Aunt. These are the desserts that we make, some traditional and some with a new twist, but all made from scratch with the best ingredients.
The name “Confectionery Coma” was made up by my daughter and son who said my “desserts are so good they will make you go in a food coma” and we’ve kept the medical theme ever since. We are here for you “Emergency Sweet Services”.
